We were very impressed with Madi and Simon from the time we first met them when they visited the property for the appraisal right up until we handed over the keys prior to settlement. From the beginning they listened our ideas and put forward their own suggestions based on their experience selling in the area. We never felt like we were being pushed to do things their way, we always felt part of the process. We were amazed by the enthusiasm shown by Madi and Simon through the weekly open houses and the prompt, detailed feedback we received after each one. Because of the market downturn the sale did take longer than expected however both Madi and Simon treated each open house as if it was the first.
