Engaging Steven Zervas as a partner in our selling campaign was a masterstroke, having evidenced some of his fine work over many years in the Burwood and surrounding suburbs. Steven's knowledge of the area, it's nuances and especially his negotiating skills, including the support of the Heavyside team, ultimately was the difference in achieving an exceptional result. His advice from how to present the property, throughout the campaign and finally his exceptional performance at the auction and post auction, were of an extremely high standard.
