Excellent service and local knowledge to assist us purchase the property. There were some repairs required, but hard to arrange access due to tenants' busy schedule and two dogs. Danielle's team has been very patient and helpful to organise it and ensured the timely sesttlemet. Also the smooth transition to the rental management team made the whole process seamless. I was almost about to give up and move out of Hedland, all real estates said my application wouldn’t be approved/ supported my pay was not sufficient to rent anywhere in south or Port Hedland! I then perused the avenue of trying to buy a house, and wasn’t successful initially, then I met Brooke I explained my situation and she was amazingly helpful and completely honest the entire process.
