Danielle sold us this house 5 or 6 years ago now so we were aquainted.
The property was on the market quite a while when we BOUGT it. I asked quite casually why was that so and she replied.."small bedrooms, no vehicular acces to big back yard.
Plain and simple, very honest, I didn't expect that from an estate agent and that is exactly why I chose her to sell it 5 years later.
When selling, we have two young kids so there was the expected...grime and grafiti on the walls etc, told her we would paint throughout... "Let the new owners choose their own colours, loks fine!"
The property sold to the third bloke who stepped into the house for over asking.
The offer was subject to finance and a day or two before "finance in place" day, Danielle informed us there was a problem with covid in the South Hedland lending branch...not the buyer, so she immediately recruited a broker and we reached settlementvery quickly thereafter.
I'm a tradesman and I know the mark of a tradesman is not just to having things ticking along nicely, it's knowing what to do when the shit hits the fan.
