My Partner and I spent many months scrolling and studying real estate pages online and weekends attending open homes. It all seemed hopeless, would we ever find something in town that ticked all the boxes? Or at least most of them! Once we met Brooke and spoke with her about our situation and what we were looking for, it wasn’t long with her knowledge of the market and the town that she had a list of properties for us to view, that were in some way suited to our needs. Myself and my Partner especially were thrilled with her professionalism and that we were finally getting closer to a possible offer on a home for ourselves. Now a property came onto the market that Brooke new would suit us to a tee, she was quick to organise a viewing and politely told us to be there. It was the one! We finally had our offer in! From that point on Brooke’s knowledge of the process, efficiency with paperwork, total willingness to answer our every phone call got us over the line and into our own home with no delay. In our eyes she is a star, with a knack of simplifying somewhat stressful, sometimes confusing situations for us with our first home purchase knowing the market and everything in between, even the housewarming gift.
