Danielle is the first agent I have both bought and sold with. Usually have looked for a “weaker” negotiator to buy from, and a very confident agent to sell previously. However, Danielle strikes a good balance where I felt like I was getting fair market value for both transactions. Would recommend her and her team…settlement dragged on a bit but that was due to banks timing (or lack of it). Good communicators, and accurate market value assessment.
