You could use somebody else in the area to sell your house if you wanted to but why wouldn’t you go with the best.

I was really very pleased with the way Danielle and the whole team at Hedland First National went about the sale of my house but the commission paid was initially 3 times the district average and after negotiation it was still double the average! The plus side is that once the house was priced right, it sold quickly so didn't incurr the extra associated costs. There were some issues with the house that threatened to derail the sale however the sales and Property Management Team worked well to get them sorted in time to get the sale over line with minimal delay to settlement.

Danielle goes above and beyond to get the best result for you. She is so professional and explains everything along the way. Everything ran so smoothly, she arrives when she says she will and if she is running late she rings to let you know, that in itself was a refreshing experience.
