Many thanks for your very professional management of the sale of 2 Counihan Crescent Pretty Pool from our initial negotiations to sale contract and settlement. The purchaser is to be thanked also for being so patient with the minor delays caused by the Land-Gate issues. 2 Counihan was very good for us averaging about 16+ percent compound income over the time we owned it 23 years.
