Danielle obtained a result far beyond my expectations, especially with the current market and I am grateful that she was my agent in a market which is obviously depressed. She encouraged me to hold out for a higher price against my better judgement and I found, to my relief (as I didn't want to lose the sale) and pleasure, that she was right! Added to that was the quick delivery of the sale, when I was lead to believe that the property would be on the market, and the sale price dwindling all the time, for a number of months, if not years.
