Hedland Property Shop

Originally from the Central Coast of New South Wales, I made the move over to Port Hedland in 2008 as a young 18 year old with my brother for a new adventure, lasting only 2 years, I returned back to the Central Coast where I started a family of my own. My parents made the move to Port Hedland, then my sister shortly after. Their move made my decision to come back to Hedland an easy one and we started the journey over in 2016. I came over to Port Hedland with my son, unsure of how it would play out, I quickly found Hedland to feel more like home to me than anywhere else previously. Having my family here helped & I soon found my work family when my journey led me to Hedland Property Shop. I had always worked in retail and administration positions, dealing with people which I loved. I started at the agency as the receptionist and quickly fell in love with the real estate industry. Working alongside Leah Sanders and Jim Henneberry, I completed my open registration and moved into a Property Management position managing my own portfolio. Over the course of my time with Hedland Property Shop I have grown, being able to step into a Senior Property Management role, then into the role as Rental Department Manager. Taking each opportunity to learn from those around me, to ensure I am keeping in front of the ball when it comes to industry and market changes. I have been able to stay up to date with the rental market changes and challenges as the markets goes through its ups and downs. My position sees me overseeing our whole residential rental department. I pride myself on giving exceptional service, being honest, trustworthy and transparent in my day-to-day role. I have formed great relationships with our local trades who service our rental properties, have gotten to know our tenants, who time and time again return to lease through our agency due to the way they are treated. I am proud to say we also have a 99% retention rate with our owners, who are both local investors, out of town & out of state investors. The thing I love most about working at Hedland Property Shop is the growth available within the agency and industry, the market in Hedland is like nothing we see anywhere else and the town itself has the best community of people you will find. I am lucky enough to work with amazing women who are all proud to be part of this amazing community.
