We had the pleasure of dealing with Jemma and the Hedland Property Shop team relocating one of our corporate rentals. We couldn't fault the service and are happy to recommend them.
Hedland Property Shop
The whole team seem to all have a pro-active approach to both selling and leasing, and have the contacts and experience to get the job done. It was good to get regular updates with the interest on the property which helped to understand the market and allow for adjusting the strategy. The team somehow all seem to be good communicators as well.
Hedland Property Shop
Our real estate agent, Harshil was extremely helpful in assisting us with securing a rental property. He communicated clearly, responded promptly to our queries, and made the application process straightforward and stress-free. We appreciate his professionalism and friendly approach and would gladly recommend him to others.

Hedland Property Shop
We found the Property Shop to be very professional and easy to work with. The Staff of the Property Shop have been very approachable and helpful in getting our property into the rental market. Within only a few days of Leah and Jemma viewing our propoerty a tenant was found. As new potential Landlords we found our agent - Jemma, to be very helpful and informative in enabling us to get set up to progress with this rental option and leasing agreement. These Tenants have now moved in and we are officially Landlords! Thank you Jemma for all your support and we look forward to working with you through the term on this lease. Regards, Therese Anderson & Chris Lightbody
