Steve is a very engaging individual who obviously has a great passion for the work that he does. He kept us informed of the process and progress of our sale regularly. He communicated a strong belief of the value of our property which was consistent with our expectation, and he held that view to the point of sale. The property at the start was over-crowded with furniture; he advised that as a consequence buyers would find it difficult to visualize the value, and it might take a little longer to sell .
