Professionalism personified

Matt and his team at Heimat are amazing. All my dealings with Heimat, both as an investor (they managed the rental agreement) and a seller have been so easy and stress free. Professional, knowledgeable and great communication

It was a pleasure to have Matt sell my apartment. He has extensive market knowledge, was a great communicator, sold my place after 2 open homes and for the price I wanted. Heimat are the property managers for my apartment and were great with communicating with my tenant as well.

Smooth Sailing

Matt's priority was to find us a buyer and he got us a great result in what I think might be the start of a buyer's market.
