Our experience with this real estate agent Andrew was highly stressful & fell short of our expectations. He demonstrated poor & often contradictory communication, frequently telling my husband and me completely different things while I was away caring for a family member. He seemed more focused on the buyers’ interests than ours as the sellers. Lacked urgency, initiative, & attention to detail, the process was disappointing. We expected a professional agent with care, consistency & compassion

Sarah’s communication was exceptional. Whilst acting in the best interest of her seller, she kept myself (buyer) informed every step of the way. She was only a text message away and no questions was too small or silly. Being a buyer from out of the area, Sarah added value by providing local knowledge and expertise making my life easy.
