Exceeded our expectations & a breath of fresh air … 10/10

We first met Ayla , 2yrs ago when we were actively looking to BUY. That 1st Open House wasn’t for us, but Ayla took the time to qualify our requirements & suggest a new listing she’d just signed up. Within 72hrs, we’d inspected twice, had the contract reviewed, negotiated & exchanged. Ayla was open to our needs, made herself available out of hours , was knowledgeable on the property , transparent & happy to fairly negotiate a property sale. We felt so comfortable dealing with her. Fast forward 2yrs , & Ayla took on the challenge of SELLING our block of 4x 2 bedroom units in Flynn’s beach. With the same enthusiasm, directness, qualifying buyers, 24/7 availability, marketing suggestions, historical knowledge etc…. Ayla SOLD that property in under 3 weeks. Our expectations were exceeded, we had numerous interested parties & Ayla kept us informed throughout the whole Sale Process. Ayla is a breath of fresh air, she’s a 10/10 agent , we can’t recommend her highly enough.
