Excellent service
Emma helped us to secure tenants for our Bentleigh and Parkdale property. She is without a doubt the best property manager we've ever had the pleasure of working with. She is a hardworking and dedicated person. We were impressed that she was able to find two new tenants in less than a week after two previous tenants had vacated at the same time. She is now in charge of four of our properties. We don't have to worry about rates notices or water bills because they are all taken care of within her service package. Furthermore, because of her lower service fees than other agencies, we are now saving money. She also has a huge network of tradesmen, so she can handle anything that demands urgent care. We would give her service a five-star rating and would never look any further for property management service.

I recently transferred my properties to Emma and the benefits of having an owner of a property management company personally looking after my properties has had immediate results.
