Nigel came to us on the recommendation of friends who had just sold their home also through Nigel and they were very happy indeed with Nigels performance. Right from the start it was clear that Nigel had a clear understanding of the property market in Kalkite. We believed we had a pretty good plan in relation to how to best stage our property and Nigel was very helpful in helping us tweak that plan. He was great in helping us set the listing and fall back values and at all stages of the sale we felt Nigel was on our side. I know that is a strange thing to say but we have sold properties in the past through other agents where we were not sure if the agent was in fact working for us or the people buying those properties. At all times Nigel was courteous, professional and helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending Nigel to any other prospective seller. In the end Nigel sold our property in the first week it was listed. He helped us achieve a price which was up with our expectations and set a new benchmark sale value for Kalkite.
