I interviewed 3 local agents before deciding on Brittany. I chose her primarily because she was so enthusiastic about my property. If I'd been a buyer listening to her, I would have fallen in love with my property without even seeing it! But that wasn't the only reason. She also gave the highest suggested valuation of the 3 agents. I was a bit wary about that. Was it possible that she was overreaching? Well, it turns out that she wasn't. A formal valuation pegged the value of the unit exactly in the same ballpark that Brittany had suggested. Throughout the selling process, she has been a delight to deal with. Her level of communication has been perfect. She's kept me in the loop and I've never had to chase her, and I have always felt she's promoted my property as if it were her own. This alone has left me extremely impressed with her. But to top it all off, I received 3 offers from the first open home, and a sale price that was above even the valuation price and which exceeded both of our expectations. I've owned this property for 25 years, and it was an extremely difficult decision to part with it. A great outcome has made the process completely worthwhile, and it feels like a wonderful "energy exchange" for this magnificent waterfront unit. I know the new owners will absolutely love it, as I have.
