From the moment I mentioned to Michelle that I was looking to sell it felt extremely comfortable as I was not hassled with pushy sales pitches with big yellow jackets and show piece jewellery. In fact it was good old honest service with a wealth of knowledge of our local area. The appraisal from herself and Rob was on the money with an amazing offer 7 days later. Photography of our home was outstanding and showcased the key features that brought in the buyers.
