When support in the modern world is paramount

The stand out was how Michelle fully understood the emotional impact of selling at 87 years old, in the modern digital era which was completely foreign. As a first time seller, leaving the family home after 50 plus years was a big step; Michelle took the time to fully explain things along the way and I did not feel rushed or overwhelmed. Michelle made me feel completely at ease; that she would ensure my interests were looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for her and Rob; their proffessionalism support was exceptional.
