Selling my mother's unit in Armadale WA
When my mother passed away in August 2022, I was left with the responsibility of selling my mother's two bedroom unit in Armadale WA. I've experienced my own unit a few years earlier, so I have some experience in searching for a reputable real estate agent. I was recommended to search on the site Which Real Estate Agent. I was sent a list of three agents in the vicinity of Armadale. I met with the first agent and was not impressed with his character. I called the second agent and did not receive a reply. The third agent I called was Michelle. I found Michelle to be approachable, honesty and having integrity. These factors were the key for me in contracting Michelle with the responsibility of selling the unit. Michelle is relaxed, calm and truthful. Selling my mother's unit has not been a stressful experience for me because I have felt Michelle knows what to do and when to do it, allowing me to relax knowing that the sale of the unit will take place in its own time. I can highly recommend Michelle to sell your property.
