I bought a place from Michelle last year and I think from my initial enquiry to offer acceptance was two days (it was very fast anyway). In the speed of things I didn’t realise the full conditions of the existing lease which lead me to sell the same property this year. Michelle had the property on the market very quickly and we had an offer above market value within a day! Out of curiosity I checked with another real estate agent in the area who thought the property should be listed for $25K less than what Michelle ended up getting.
