The stand out was how Michelle fully understood the emotional impact of selling at 87 years old, in the modern digital era which was completely foreign. As a first time seller, leaving the family home after 50 plus years was a big step; Michelle took the time to fully explain things along the way and I did not feel rushed or overwhelmed.
