After receiving appraisals from 10 different sales representatives in November 2022, I chose Michelle and Rob to sell my home because their presentation made me feel very comfortable with the process. I was happy with their recommended strategy, estimated sale price and modest fees. They knew I wanted to find a new home first and were extremely helpful with advice in relation to the numerous properties I considered and also with finding a source of bridging finance to minimise the stress of selling my home after buying my new home. They offered to help me with getting my home ready for marketing and moving some of my possessions to make my property look less cluttered. They offered to give potential buyers a guided tour of the private Estate where I live so they could fully appreciate what they were buying. Despite the process taking over 10 months before going to market at no time did I feel pressured to put my house on the market. Over the less than 2 weeks my home was formally on the market before I accepted an Offer they kept me fully informed about the potential buyers who had visited my home and the 5 potential Offers to consider.
