We recently dealt with Jenny as a real estate agent for a property in Bull Creek. On possession of the property, we found the below issues: - Unclean property/rubbish left behind by the owner - Unclean pool - Alarm code not provided - Items breaking or not functionaling correctly during the first month Despite following up with Jenny frequently, nothing got resolved and we had to get items fixed on our own. It was a bitter experience and do not recommend her services.

I am first time, home seller. After speaking to my plasterer, Dale Ceilings, i learnt Jenny had managed to sell his mum's 4 bed, 2 bath swimming pool home well above market price to highest bidder. Good news for any home seller. Jenny delivered in spades for me too. Jenny took onboard all tasks needed: arranged for her business to incur all selling costs, (this reclaimed after settlement). Plus (plus!) it cost me less to sell with Jenny than anyone else. Who does that? She engaged her own sparky Rob of Brinks Electrical and plumber - Steve of Doc Hayward for contractual repairs (no need for me to be there as they worked for Jenny). I found my asbestos removalist via Jenny's fencing contractors. Azclear happily removed asbestos there and then. Jenny also has a natural eye for detail on what sells best online. Jenny brought along her own throws, cushions, etc and arranges indoor plants, paintings, so every photo brought the best out of the room. As an amateur photographer i loved the lounge photo, bringing the outdoors in. Never had so much natural light in the lounge until then. Jenny, Alana (Jenny's Property Manager) and Jenny's photographer did a great job turning my house into the 1960s home that my buyers grew up in. I was aware that my home ticked the 'location, location, location' box. But i am so grateful to my plasterer for recommending me to Jenny as Jenny ticks all the boxes. And some. For me, Jenny knew how best to sell my home in a difficult market. Had i had the luxury of time, and let Jenny sell it for what she wanted to sell it for ie $900,000 - $1 million, I'm confident my home would have topped all Melville 3 x 1 sales. When i asked Jenny and Alana to drop their asking price, my home sold within three weeks. If you are looking for a second opinion, i think Jenny will look after you, just the way she looked after me and the plasterer who recommended me to her.
