Heron Johns managed my property at Bateman, Perth for more than 25 years providing tenancy management flawlessly. It was just awesome working with the Rental team which serviced the same tenant for more than 23 years. When she decided to move out to be with her son in Sept 2020, I took the opportunity to put my property up for sale through Heron Johns Sales team under the direction of Ms Jenny Gauci. What a surprise, the property was snatched up in less than 2 days after posting. I did not expect such a quick response, as the tenant was still serving her one-month notice. And through her excellent Sales team, the whole transaction was settled within a time frame of 60 days without a single hitch: all the while under Covid-19 environment with travel restrictions all round and my family in Singapore executing the title deed transfer through the good office of Australian High Commission notary services. I never expected it to be such a smooth transaction with remote accesses in our two territories. However it was all done through good coordination and excellent management of Sales team, Settlement Office as well as the Rental team to ensure my property was still intact on the transfer day on Nov 4 2020, while the US President Election result was still in limbo. The staff are keen and eager at the beginning prior to closing the deal. Upon settlement, they are reluctant to entertain any queries. They promised to get rid of rubbish left behind by previous owner but that was not done. They agreed to follow up on a missing letterbox key but a week later, the responsibility was pushed to another party.
