I chose to list with Jenny Gauci because she had such a large market presence in the suburb and the houses she had listed seemed to move quick. I did not want my property to go stale on the market so I needed an agent with 'drive'. To get a top sale price presentation is everything so I recommend following her advice and spending time and money on your property to achieve the best result.
