I know the process is familiar to you and this was evident in the apparent ease with which you handled the sale. However for us it is a bit like weddings and funerals, as the experience of selling a home does not often present itself and we were on this occasion subsequently a little at sea. It is indeed an emotionally charged experience and it was good to have you manage the cut and thrust of the process. The two elements important for us in an agent were trust and confidence and you fulfilled those requirements well. We never felt cajoled by you and were impressed by your patience, being prepared to take the time necessary to achieve the desired result. Our home was different in its design and we were impressed with your understanding of tropical architecture and your ability to present and ultimately sell the same. We were on occasion able to observe your interactions with potential buyers and noted your quite confidence that encouraged others to trust you.
