From the moment I contacted Peter, he had a lovely warm, friendly manner, but was also a straight shooter, which I greatly appreciated. After my request to do a virtual tour, he set one up asap for the next day. When he began, right on time, he also had all the other information I had asked for. Then he kept me in the loop as I waited for my offer to be accepted. When I had to arrange to come to Armidale to see the property I was buying, Peter did everything possible to provide his assistance. He picked me up from the airport, drove me to the house, allowed me to have a lengthy property inspection then drove me back to town where he gave me a quick tour of everything so I got my bearings (he even then went out of his way to drop me at a good cafe so I could revive myself with a cup of tea!) Meanwhile, at the office, Meg was ever organised, efficient and helpful and quickly dealt with, and responded to, every query. From the get-go, she kept things moving on the admin and contract side to get the purchase moving ahead. I felt like I was in very good hands. It is clear to me that both Peter and Meg pride themselves in running a real estate business where they treat both vendors and purchasers with honesty and respect.
