Peter is a trustworthy, experienced agent who knows his local market and accurately assessed our property’s value so that it sold quickly. He was at all times approachable and available to answer questions, no matter how trivial. Peter made the whole process, involving a deceased estate, easier to deal with by making everything transparent and logical. Thank you, Peter.

Jacob, Peter and the team have done everything possible to assist us in the purchase of our first home and make it an exciting and easygoing process. The regular and honest communication with Jacob and Peter made us feel confident and calm about the whole process. Thrilled with the service and outcome. We cannot thank you both enough.

This was a very emotional sale for myself and my children and I knew without doubt that Peter and his team would be the only agents I would entrust with the sale of my property. Peter was supportive, honest and genuine. His knowledge of the market and prospective buyers was outstanding and as he predicted the sale happened very quickly. Peter and his team worked tirelessly to secure the sale and displayed at all times the professionalism and integrity I have come to expect from H&H. I cannot recommend them highly enough - the only agents in Armidale that I would ever buy and sell property with. Thank you Peter, Meg and Jacob.

What an enjoyable and simple experience. I talked to Peter about what we were thinking about doing and within a couple of weeks Peter came up with a slightly different suggestion which made a lot of sense to us. Only looked at the one property which he had suggested and purchased it a few days later after some homework. How simple was that. Well done Peter.

Peter was great. He very knowledgeable about Armidale real estate and it was great working with him and his team. My house sold within the predicted timeframe predicted by Peter and for the full asking price. I found Peter to be very honest and genuine with a good sense of humour. I would thoroughly recommend Peter whether you are buying or selling.

As first home buyers, in the current market; buying a house hadn't been the easiest or for the most part a pleasant experience, that is up until we met Peter and his team. My partner and I had been looking for 12 months for our first home and had dealt with a whole range of agents from various real estates. Peter was by far; head and shoulders above the pack when it came to integrity, honesty and communication. He was good to his word regarding our offer on the home and refused to accept outside offers once our's had been submitted to the vendor, he was extremely transparent and honest. Not once did we feel like he was more interested in the final sales price than finding us the right home (none of this silent auction/group messaging of interested parties nonsense to drive up the price). Whether you're a first home buyer or looking for your next home you really can't go wrong with Peter at Hutchinson and Harlow.

After purchasing this house through what can only be described as the agent from hell who clearly disrespected his vendor and us as purchasers, when it came time to sell we knew exactly who we wanted and who we didn’t want as our agent! I discovered Peter on our journey to purchase 6 years ago (sadly he wasn’t the agent who acted for the vendor when we purchased this house) and vowed if we ever sold we would come back to him. We had 3 offers for our house and the first 2 pulled out at the last minute - when I was ready to accept a lower price after much angst, Peter determinedly remained stoic and calm and came through with an asking price offer with a new purchaser. He had to deal with us as the vendor, and the final purchaser who loved the house, in tears on the end of the phone as we all waited for the banks to do their very slow process of approval and checks and calmly reassured us all would be well. Our sale only took 5 weeks and throughout Peter showed great respect, honesty, his valuation was spot on and was extremely thorough and truly acted with great professionalism but also humility and humour. We can 100% recommend Peter as your next agent.

From the moment a friend recommended Peter to us we felt comfortable. Peter came to our house, explained clearly the selling process and was incredibly knowledgeable. He was always available and was confident we would achieve a good result. He exceeded our expectations and achieved an incredible result for us. I could not recommend Peter and the entire team more highly. We will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs real estate services. Thank you Peter 😃

We contacted Peter when we first started looking at properties for our relocation to Armidale for our young family. Peter more than exceeded our expectations of an agent, found us a property that we love and has helped us out so much, most of which has had to be done remotely because of COVID and the distance between where we live and Armidale. He and Meg were both lovely to deal with and were very efficient communicators during what could have been a very stressful time. They have also helped us with contacts for trades in the area, lots of general advice and been incredibly reliable throughout the whole process. We are extremely thankful to have been dealing with them throughout the purchase of our future home and would not look anywhere else for real estate transactions in the future!
