After purchasing this house through what can only be described as the agent from hell who clearly disrespected his vendor and us as purchasers, when it came time to sell we knew exactly who we wanted and who we didn’t want as our agent! I discovered Peter on our journey to purchase 6 years ago (sadly he wasn’t the agent who acted for the vendor when we purchased this house) and vowed if we ever sold we would come back to him. We had 3 offers for our house and the first 2 pulled out at the last minute - when I was ready to accept a lower price after much angst, Peter determinedly remained stoic and calm and came through with an asking price offer with a new purchaser. He had to deal with us as the vendor, and the final purchaser who loved the house, in tears on the end of the phone as we all waited for the banks to do their very slow process of approval and checks and calmly reassured us all would be well.
