We put the property on the market in November 2024. At first, there was some interest, then over autumn and winter, things slowed down. Peter, being so experienced, told me that it is hard to sell properties in Armidale during the cold season. As soon as spring arrived, Peter renewed his efforts, holding open house days and showing many prospective buyers through the house, granny flat, garage, and acreage. Eventually, the purchasers decided to buy my property, likely because Peter made himself available to the purchasers, their broker, and my conveyancing solicitor and went above and beyond to resolve issues with the local council. I lived elsewhere during the sale time; however, Peter kept me updated on house inspections, ensuring I remained informed despite living remotely. I want to mention a big thank you to the office staff at Hutchison and Harlow Real Estate as well. Thanks Peter, your professionalism is above and beyond; a very experienced Real Estate agent who knows the local market.

Peter is extremely honest, his word is his bond. There is no argy bargy and he still gets the best deal for you. Peter is always thinking and keeps you ahead of the curve as he tells you about possible problems or potential opportunities. I always feel very confident when I have Peter helping me with either buying or selling property. Because Peter has such a fantastic team backing him nothing is overlooked or not communicated which makes the whole convoluted process of buying and selling real estate so much easier. I’ve know Peter for many years as he has helped me buy and sell properties in Armidale over the last decade.
