I was the purchaser, not the vendor, so technically, Mr Georkas and the agent with whom I had contact, Ms Suter, should be rated by the vendor. They weren't "MY" agent, but the vendor's. However, as I did my own conveyancing, Ms Suter made the process of purchasing very smooth, provided the necessary introductions, was always available for me to inspect the property and discussed any glitches as we went along. She did help minimise the amount of "leg-work" required.
