Yesterday my partner and I had the honour of putting our first sold sticker on our first home. I strongly believe this wouldn't have being possible without Peter. Our house was in a challenging location to sell and didn't suit the majority of buyers, but Peter Georkas and his dedicated team worked extremely hard to match it with a suitable buyer. Nothing was too much trouble for H&H and they provided extremely good professional service and advice. They always kept us informed of inspections and associated outcomes. They worked hard to earn their commission and we felt we received very good value for money. When Peter sat down in our house he put his hands together and said, "I can sell this." We believed him, and in fact he sold the property remarkably quickly. He said we should list the property at $490,000. The only other agent we consulted suggested $420,000. The eventual sale price was $460,000, which was as much as we felt we could expect when so many houses in Armidale take a long time to sell and then at a seriously reduced rate. My relatives in Sydney warned me against an exclusive listing. Peter Georgas held out for one and we decided to go with his judgement. We did not list with the other agent whom we had previously consulted or any of the many other agents in Armidale. We were very happy with the service provided by Peter and his colleagues. Knows the market Trustworthy and works hard to sell property. I was confident the best was being done for me, despite the long process I would have liked more feedback/communication following inspections - that property was inspected, briefly how it went and interest from follow up inspections. Follow up after property sold from Hutchison and Harlow (Peter and Rhonda) to meet settlement deadline exceptionally good - perhaps over and beyond call of duty.
