I have been dealing with David as the agent for my property in Enoggera for about two years. It has been very encouraging to see his development in that time. Initially I was unsure of him (simply because I had not worked with him previously), however, as time went by he repeatedly demonstrated a proactive approach to property management. His correspondence has generally been to inform me of conditions surrounding the property and tenants, but where appropriate he has provided excellent advice and suggestions. For example, David recently resolved an issue with tenants who had been deceitful with their application and were constantly behind with rent. David kept me appraised of all developments (and this turned out to be a fairly complex case!) AND managed to find new a new tenants within only a few weeks. I have been and remain very happy with David Watt and Madeleine Hicks Real Estate. I would absolutely recommend.
