We first met Nikkole and Darryl last year when we were in two minds to sell our property. Nikkole came over and sat with us for quite a while and we so patient with her explaining and knowledge of the market made it so easy for us to entrust Higgins and co with our family home. We had alot of obstacles along the way due to covid and restrictions, not to mention we are a large family and my husband and I both work long hours. Nikkole and Darryl were so thoughtful with planning our home inspections and worked around our family including taking their own personal family time on a Sunday to show our home to potential buyers. Higgins and co worked tirelessly to sell our home and got us exactly what we wanted even though so many people thought we all were crazy and wouldn't get anywhere near what we wanted. If you're looking to sell your property and wanting top dollar for home.. do not go past this power couple!
