My brand new appartment should be settled last October,so I asked the Highland property to lease it. But the building finished until this February. The agent kept in touch with me,that made me feel very warm care about me. My appartment is lease in 2 days after settlement! How a good job they’ve done!

The agent was very friendly, accommodating and punctual. She made it easy to view the homes, inspect them thoroughly and answer questions about the property or find out if needed. However when leasing through Highland, the property managers have been slow off the mark. Lack of communication, delays in sending crucial information and poorly documented ingoing inspection of homes missing crucial damage which can lose a persons bond. They also neglect to get things repaired or give updates on repair status'.
