Good communication from Property Manager Michael with prompt follow up on my questions or suggestions and reports of inspections. Initial valuation proved to be overly optimistic but once the rent was dropped a bit, a potentially good tenant was found. While the delay from the higher valuation cost a couple of weeks rent the result was finding the true market value.
