I want to thank the Evangelia and Rayner for the exceptional service they gave us in the re-leasing of our investment property in Cronulla. Their knowledge and skill in dealing with a difficult vacating tenant and their selection and co-ordination of an excellent incoming tenant meant a smooth transition between both tenants with minimal loss of rent to us. We had the pleasure of dealing with the Business Development Team (Blake & Megan) supported by the Leasing team (Jaryd). I don't think you will find a more efficient and professional agency that have the processes and infrastructure in place to support the process of leasing out your property. Communication was frequent and professional, receiving reports immediately after inspection detailing the level of enquiry and interested parties feedback. Applications were provided with enough information for you to make a sound decision on leasing out your investment to the best possible applicant. Unit listed on Thursday and was successfully leased by Monday, with no loss of income. We look forward to working with Highlands and our Property Agents.
