I chose to use Highland Cronulla for my new property management needs after an excellent history with one of their sales agents. Within property management at Highland there are staff dedicated to each stage of the letting process. Whilst not immediately apparent who should be contacted and when, everyone has been extremely helpful, and the response time to calls and emails is almost always very fast indeed (Kara in particular is an outstanding member of the team). Setting up a new account was smooth, and the advertising and letting process excellent. We got a signed lease at the right amount within days of purchase and with minimal angst. A great effort from everyone involved. Whilst it is still early days (first week of the lease), I have little doubt that Highland will continue to deliver in the professional and efficient way in which they have started. I hope for and look forward to a long property management relationship with the team at Cronulla.

I am happy to highly recommend Katarina Watson-Wood as a property manager at Highland. Katarina is very reliable. She does what she says and has a good level of attention to detail. Katarina's understanding of the rental market is sound. She is able to deal with difficult tenants and is competent at managing difficult situations in a professional manner. Recently Katarina increased our rental yield by 15% which is a great result.
