Good communication from Property Manager Michael with prompt follow up on my questions or suggestions and reports of inspections. Initial valuation proved to be overly optimistic but once the rent was dropped a bit, a potentially good tenant was found. While the delay from the higher valuation cost a couple of weeks rent the result was finding the true market value.

I cannot speak highly enough of Taneisha at Highland Cronulla. I had information that I needed desperately close to close of business and it arrived within minutes. We had issues with a rental property and were able to talk through options and strategies with her which she then actioned.
