It all started with a terrible experience with a very unprofessional agent, but oh well I needed the flat and I was going with the flow and I agreed on the dates to pick up the keys. When the day arrived, I mentally prepared myself to not lose my shit with this terrible agent. When I arrived at Highland I was told the agent was gone and I was going to be looked after Katarina.
