When my tenant informed us that they weren’t renewing their lease for my apartment early December, I expected that it would take at least till end January to get a new tenant. Louise was extremely efficient and within a week had a number of applications submitted. Consequently a new tenant moved in mid December with a 14 month lease, ensuring an end date of February, a much better time to find a new tenant in the future. I would be pleased to recommend Highland and Louise for leasing in the future
