Persistence is the key here. Michael never gave up and put forward suggestions on improvements in presentation and rental rates. He constantly kept me informed on the situation and the result of open house. In the end he achieved what I can see as an above market rental. We done Michael and team!

Great to deal with louise
Louise was great, when previous tenant vacated she came through and gave some suggestions which was great. After doing what she recommended I left it in her capable hands. Was on market for a little longer than I wanted but found the right tenant for the original suggested rental price.
