After initially having a good track record they neglected both the property and the tenants to the point that the property was in disrepair, they did not know who the tenants were living in the property, they hired contractors to do unessential repairs which were extremely overcharged, the botched a landlord insurance claim and then became argumentative, rude and stubborn when queried and would not respond to phone calls or emails for weeks at a time. even after all is said and done accepted no responsibility of any of the costs associated with their incompetence. They are interested in making money off landlords, don't care at all. they even tried to sell me their landlords insurance after they botched the landlords insurance claim. -5 of 5 stars
