This is a difficult review, because your agent Keira, did not get a chance to show her skills due to a difficult tenant. Despite this, I’ve given her a 5 star rating as she doesn’t deserve a lower rating simply because of this tenant. 4 groups needed to go up in the lift, so Keira had to sort that out, which she did. Unbeknowns to her, the tenant took over the first group (us), while Keira went down to get the 2nd group. By the time she got back up, the tenant had taken over. The tenant made us feel like we were intruding, and “showed” us through at her speed. We didn’t get a chance to just stand and look at the apartment. Instead she told us which blinds she liked up and down (???), and spent ages explaining the remotes. Again, unnecessary. I requested a 2nd inspection, because I really don’t remember much about the size of the rooms, and even how many kitchen cupboards there are. But the tenant refused. She had just a 15 minute inspection that was on her terms. Again, my husband and I felt like intruders the whole time we were there. Keira has done her best, but her hands are tied.
