I was very impressed with the Highland Team as they were able to rent my investment property with only one open house. This was a great result as this is challenging in the current market. Rayner and Evangelia have always been very friendly and professional to deal with and have been able to accommodate appointments around my work hours. I have just spoken to them and they have always been very upfront in keeping me in the picture as to issues arising.

we received little to no communication throughout the leasing process. They organised a plumber to do a job at the house without approval by us, which was made even worse by the fact that I am a plumber and can do the work myself. Four weeks later the “for lease” sign was still out the front of the house and didn’t even have a “leased” sign on it.

We were grateful to be slotted in for a last minute walk through of a property with Kara mid week when we mentioned we couldn’t make it to the Saturday inspection.
