Very Satisfied

I chose to offer my rented property for sale with L J Levi because they had managed my unit for many years. Mark was obviously very keen to list the property and I was ready to sell. I appreciated the cooperation and speed with which Mark organised the necessary arrangements as the December holiday period was looming and we agreed to go to auction. Negotiating before auction is quite traumatic however we agreed finally on an offer which I believe was in the end the right price for the buyer and me.
