The sale of 7 Taloma St Picnic Point

Stan originally contacted mum some years ago, knowing that one day she would relocate to Queensland. He sent mum the occasional letter or phone call, however he was never pushy and always understanding. On one of my visits to Sydney I met Stan and we discussed the options. The sale was going to happen however not right away. When the time came COVID played its part and returning to Queensland became a problem for me due to border closures. Then finding a house was even more difficult due to the large influx of people to Queensland. When I finally found a home l rung Stan and he got the ball rolling. I was in Queensland right up until two days before the auction and he reassured me all was good, keeping me informed of all updates. On the day of the auction he was true to his word with the result being an outstanding success. I would happily recommend Stan to friends and family with the knowledge that he would do his very best.
