We had just arrived from New Zealand and had never rented a Property in Australia before so we had no idea what was required from us and how things work in Australia, Charlie took the time to show us what we needed, how to apply and was very knowledgeable about all the rules and regulations when it comes to renting an apartment with pets. The Tennent moving out of our unit had left a lot of rubbish around the property and actually sold our dryer. Bianca sorted everything out for us, in regards to getting new tenants, the place cleaned up and getting a new dryer.
