Nothing but Professional
Nick's market knowledge is second to none, even when working outside of the inner west. From our initial meeting, he was able to put forward a campaign proposal that was clear and open with no hidden surprises. Nick is a true professional, I cannot recommend him highly enough, he explained how the campaign would work and what I would need to do to make sure it was a successful one. He called with daily updates and was happy to answer every question no matter how trivial it may have seemed. When it was time for me to make decisions, everything was explained clearly and then the decisions were mine and mine alone. I cannot thank Nick enough for everything he has done and for a truly amazing auction result. Thank you Nick.

LJ Hooker Newtown did an amazing job selling my 1 br unit in Camperdown. Having happily rented without a hitch through LJHN since 2007 (thanks to Elliot😀 ) I wasn't sure how their selling arm would perform, but Nick and Bryan put me at at ease from day 1 with Bryan placed in charge. This guy loves his job and he is good at it - really, really good. I have sold a few properties over the years so I speak from experience. I said to Nick after contracts were exchanged: "Bryan's a gun". Almost daily contact throughout the campaign, detailed written reports after opens, which Bryan would make sure I read! Going the extra mile at every step of the way taking care of every detail including liaising with my tradie to ensure campaign timetable stayed on track. Finally, when COVID-19 hit Sydney, Bryan did not lose optimism but wisely steered me away from auction and then ethically getting me near record price for my property.

Great agent who got us a great price
Bryan is persistent in all the right ways. He facilitated and negotiated the sale with a particular and cautious buyer. Throughout the whole campaign, Bryan extensively communicated with us and provided us constant updates. He always acted with professionalism. I highly recommend him.

Bryan goes above and beyond for his clients
Bryan has years of experience in real estate and this shows with his confidence and connections in the industry. Bryan and I had been in contact for a couple of years before I decided to sell and I had a lot of confidence in his predictions for the market and my property's value. The decision to sell was quite quick and Bryan got everything moving really quickly which was great as it reduced the time the property was vacant. I am living out of area and Bryan organised for the house to be painted, re carpeted and some other works to get it ready for sale. I wouldn’t have had the same sale result without this and there’s no way I could’ve organised it myself. Bryan has a very calm manner which is great during a process which can be quite stressful. He communicated updates during the sale by phone and email. The sale price exceeded my expectations and it was sold prior to auction, again reducing the time it was vacant which was another plus. I’m really happy with the service Bryan provided and would definitely recommend him as a fantastic agent.

COOL, CALM & COLLECTED is how I would describe Bryan through the auction of my house.

He has a great understanding of the market and was in constant contact with regular updates after each inspection.
